We developed a complex but excellent HR evaluation system for Mazars, the use of which was extended to the entire company.
The system automates the entire system of personal evaluations within the company. Mazars HR managers have the opportunity to compile evaluation forms as they wish, and define the regularity, deadlines, and persons responsible for filling them out. From here on, the system automatically alerts the actors at the appropriate times, regarding the appropriate tasks, and of course provides a transparent evaluation system for both the evaluated and the management. One of the main strengths of the system is that it also implements the special evaluation logics used in HR practice. Thus, it provides a solution for, for example, self-evaluation, 360-degree evaluation, mutual evaluation, or even top-down and bottom-up methods.
