We designed and built our support system tailored to the unique procurement and approval processes of the Hungarian company ISS Facility Services.
Our procurement system manages the authorization levels of the entire company structure, the entire supplier, partner and product portfolio, provides individual procurement support, decision support and approval support to the company. Our system groups the orders according to the appropriate logic, notifies the parties involved, supports delivery and implements the reporting of all transactions.
This system has grown into one of our most complex projects, because thanks to its domestic success, the ISS group of companies has started introducing and further developing the software in several countries.
As a result, we were able to build extremely good business relations with the Central European companies of the company group, Poland, Greece, Slovenia, Romania, Estonia and Russia also joined the project.
